Attached is the first version of the voting list for the 2020 BTPA AGM, which is to be held at 2pm on Sunday 19 January 2020, at The Best Western Tillington Hall Hotel, Eccleshall Road, Stafford, ST16 1JJ.
The closing date for proposals is Sunday 5 January 2020. If there are additional proposals added to the list, this will be re-issued electronically to members.
Members who are unable to attend the AGM, may submit their votes by proxy for items on the pre-determined voting list. The voting list must be hard signed by the member and received by the Secretary no later than 48 hours prior to the AGM (2pm on Friday 17 January 2020). The votes can be submitted either by post or by email:
