Please find attached the voting list for the 2019 BTPA AGM, which is to be held at 2pm on Sunday 27 January 2019 at The Best Western Tillington Hall Hotel, Eccleshall Road, Stafford, ST16 1JJ.
Members who are unable to attend the AGM, may submit their votes by proxy for items on the pre-determined voting list. The voting list must be signed by the member and received by the Secretary no later than 48 hours prior to the AGM (2pm on Friday 25 January 2019). The votes can be submitted either by post or by email:
