Following on from the AGM Advanced Voting List post below, please note point 1 in the proposals section has changed. The engine to be voted on is the 359cui not the 414cui as previously mentioned.

The BTPA AGM which is to be held at 2pm on Sunday 18 January 2015 at Holiday Inn, Clayton Road, Newcastle-Under-Lyme, Stoke On Trent, ST5 4DL (J15 of the M6).
Members may submit their votes by proxy for items on the pre-determined voting list. The voting list must be signed by the member and received by the Secretary no later than 48 hours prior to the AGM.
Please note that only fully paid up adult members of the BTPA (competing, non-competing and honorary) are eligible to vote.
Members are able to submit proposals for the AGM up until Sunday 4 January 2015. Following this date a final voting list will be issued.
