Cumbria Power Weekend

Cumbria Tractor Pulling Club are holding the 2nd annual Cumbria Power Weekend on 6 and 7 July at Kirkbride Airfield, Nr.Carlisle, Cumbria.

Come along to see the best in Britain try to get the Belgium Sledge out the far end. Classes include 350kg Garden, 600kg Compact Diesel, 950kg Mini Modified, Superfarms, Under 401's, Prostocks, 2.5T Mods, 3.5T Mods and Superstocks!! With that line up, you don't want to miss it!

Shakey Super Pull 2013

The 4th Annual Shakey Super Pull takes place on Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th June 2013 at Long Marston Airfield in conjunction with Shakespeare County Raceway and the Midland Tractor Pullers Club.  Come along and see top BTPA tractor pullers in action at the first round of this year's championship.

Channel 5 TV time slot change to 7pm - 18th February

The time slot for Rory & Will  - Champions of the World has been moved forward tonight from 9pm to 7pm.  Tune in to see how they got on trying to beat the champion in the 950kg class at Gt.Eccleston last August.

Tractor Pulling on Channel 5 TV - 18th February 2013

 Attention all tractor pulling fans

At the Great Eccleston August Pull last year we arranged for a competition between two well known celebrities to be filmed for Channel 5 as part of a new series entitled "Rory & Will, Champions of the World".  This series involves Rory McGrath and Will Mellor competing against each other and also the current "champion" in various not so well known sports to try and become "Champions of the World" in that sport.

The "tutors" were Mark Pacey and Andy Miller, not sure how much help we were really!!  Many thanks to everyone involved in making it happen particularly Paul & Jamie Haylock, Mark & Elise Pacey, Mark Barnes and his team, Jane for the catering and the NWTPC for letting us fit it in the filming when we could on the day

The series finale is on Monday 18th February at 9pm on Channel 5 and includes the challenge from the Great Eccleston event where they competed in the 950kg Mini Modified B class against the 2012 British Champion...........tune in and see how they got on!!
