Voting List for the 2018 BTPA AGM

Dear BTPA Member,

Please find attached the advanced voting list for the BTPA AGM which will take place at 2pm on Sunday 21 January 2018 at The Best Western Tillington Hall Hotel, Eccleshall Road, Stafford, ST16 1JJ.

Members may submit their votes by proxy for items on the pre-determined voting list.  The voting list must be signed by the member and received by the Secretary no later than 48 hours prior to the AGM

Please note that only fully paid up adult members of the BTPA (competing, non-competing and honorary) are eligible to vote.
